Privacy policy
This policy explains how Omniflo (UEN 53531232J) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit www.omniflo.sg or contact us. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your name and company
- your email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile or WhatsApp number
- the area you would like to improve, your message, and your preferred contact method
- the date and time of your enquiry, and your consent
If you email or WhatsApp us directly, we receive the details you choose to share in that message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, so please do not include it in your enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use your personal data only to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation
- follow up on the conversation or any proposal you ask for
- keep a simple record of enquiries we have received
We will not use your details for marketing or newsletters unless you separately agree to this. We do not sell your personal data.
Consent
By ticking the consent box and sending the contact form, you agree to us collecting and using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing enquiry@omniflo.sg. If you withdraw it, we will stop using your details and may not be able to continue helping with your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal data with other organisations, except with service providers who help us run this website and handle enquiries:
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Google Workspace, where enquiries are stored and our email is managed
- n8n, our workflow tool, running on our own server, which passes enquiries to Google Workspace
Where a collaborator, such as Josephine Wong for change management and team readiness, is involved in responding to your enquiry, we will share only the details needed, and only with your agreement.
Data stored outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside Singapore. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing engagement or required by law. After that, we delete them.
How we protect it
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to the people who need it, and secured accounts with our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit our website and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The contact form does not set cookies either. If we add other analytics tools in future, we will update this policy first.
Accessing or correcting your data
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used, or ask us to correct it. Email enquiry@omniflo.sg and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 30 days.
