Along the way, I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant people buried in repetitive admin that a well-designed process, and the right AI, could handle. That’s why I started Omniflo, to help SME teams simplify the workflow first, automate what makes sense, and run it themselves.

I’m a trainer, facilitator and Certified Performance Leadership & NLP Coach, with more than a decade of hands-on experience across retail, marketing and e-commerce. Much of that time has been spent helping leaders and teams get aligned and move forward together.
I work with Omniflo on the people side of change. A new workflow only helps if the team actually uses it. So I help teams adopt new ways of working, stay aligned through the change, and build the communication and teamwork that make it stick long after rollout.
